To lengthen your night guard, mold as directed and gently pull on ends. Place it in your mouth to harden. Your night guard does not have to cover all teeth to be effective!

No problem! With Sleep Peachy’s magical patented material, our night guards can be reheated and remolded an unlimited amount of times (following steps 1-4 on the fitting instructions). However, it can be nearly impossible to separate if the material touches itself when hot. If that’s the case, contact our Customer ServiceTeam at #855-253-4680 or customerservice@sleeppeachy.com, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

You can do whatever feels most comfortable to you! Most people wear the night guard on their upper teeth. If you are feeling unsure, we recommend starting with the top.

Yes! Sleep Peachy Night Guards are latex, BPA, PVC, and phthalate-free. Pretty peachy, huh?

No, only use one night guard at a time. The second night guard is included in case the walls of the first night guard fold in on themselves while molding. To prevent this, be sure to firmly tuck the wet paper towel into the channels of the night guard before microwaving it.

It’s easy! Clean the surface with soap and lukewarm water. Alternatively, Sleep Peachy Night Guards are dishwasher safe. When not in use, store your night guard in its ventilated case.

Although Sleep Peachy Night Guards are tough enough to withstand daily grinding, we recommend replacing your night guard every year for the best results.
